  • Discard the oxygen absorber, open the enclosed blueberry + peach packet, and mix together all ingredients. Then choose one of the following cooking methods.

    Microwave

    Mix the breakfast together with 1-1/4 cups water. Use a large enough bowl to prevent any boil-over spills and cook for 3 minutes. Every microwave's strength is different, so you may need to adjust the recommended cook time accordingly.

    Stove

    Combine the breakfast with 1-1/4 cups cold water. Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce it to a simmer for 3 minutes. Stir often to minimize sticking and feel free to adjust the amount of water and cook time to your preference.

    Thermos

    Add 1-1/4 cups of fully boiling water. Mix everything together and then seal the thermos for a minimum of 10 minutes. Depending on the outside temperature your meal will stay warm for 1 - 4 hours. See the Thermos Cooking page under ABOUT for more information.

    Cold Soak

    Using a sealable 16oz container, mix the breakfast with 1 cup of cold water. Then put it in the fridge to soak overnight (a minimum of 8 hours).
