We have three shipping rates based on the order total, before taxes and after any coupons have been applied:
At this time we are only shipping within the continental US plus Alaska and Hawaii. We do not offer expedited shipping services, but it is something we may add in the future if customers are in need of faster shipping options.
We fulfill and ship orders as soon as we can. Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or First-Class Mail and should arrive in 2-3 business days from the ship date. Some larger orders are shipped via UPS ground and should arrive in 3-5 business days from the ship date.
We do not guarantee delivery dates as there are too many factors out of our control such as weather. Sending packages to some remote locations can take longer than expected - please plan ahead.
We cannot accept returns of ANY FOOD ITEMS under any circumstances. If your items arrived damaged or defective please contact us and we will make things right.
Non-food items, that are not gift cards, are eligible for return within 30 days of when you received your order if the item(s) are unused, in the same condition as when you received them, and are in their original undamaged packaging. If Backcountry Staples made an error in what we sent you we will pay for the return shipping. In all other cases the customer pays for return shipping.
To process a return you must email firstname.lastname@example.org before sending your items back so that we can authorize the return. Refunds for eligible items will be processed to the original form of payment within 7 days of receipts of goods. We will send you an email once the refund has been processed. Please allow a few additional processing days for the refund to post to your bank or credit card account.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable, insured shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
